As the food coupons deposited in food Bank are being delivering completly to the needy, the matter of refunding of amount does not arise.
The food coupons deposited with sponsor can be utilised by him or they can send anybody within a period of 1 year from the date of purchasing coupons 4)The unutilized coupons from the sponsor quota can be transferred to the food Bank within 30 days after completion of one year or he whenever he decide within for distributing food to the needy
