The amount paid by the sponsor is for purchasing the food coupon(s) to deliver food for the needy.
The food coupons deposited in the food bank are being delivered completely to the needy, so the matter of refunding does not arise.
The food coupons deposited with the sponsor can be utilized by them, or they can send anybody within a period of 1 year from the date of purchasing the coupons.
The unutilized coupons from the sponsor's quota can be transferred to the food bank within 30 days after completion of one year, or whenever they decide within this period.
